My work is primarily 1-1. I am able to deeply listen, call back the things you say are important, the values you hold, and the dreams you are nurturing behind closed doors. Through the work of helping you remember who you are and aligning your values to your actions - our impact ripples outward.
Once you’ve found that unshakeable sense of self, if your vision needs a team aligned or a structure redesigned, I'm already the person who knows your full picture. Same work, different altitude.

INDIVIDUAL WORK
This is for people who are ready to commit to a 6 month partnership. Together we build a brave space of reflection, experimentation, and integration. We speak your vision for the future aloud, interrogate how your actions are in or out of alignment, and experiment in big and little ways to bring your future to life.
We meet twice a month, you get homework, and the ability to do some voice note check ins as needed.
Investment starts at $1,200 for the 6-month period. Payment plans are available.
GROUP WORK
On October 26th, the Wayfinder program will open. This is for you if you feel you’re ready to explore what’s next, step into your full power, and use it to create a more just and equitable future.
Together, about 10 of us will explore our values and historical context, use jealousy and what mirrors others hold up to us as a compass, and learn how to make integrous and embodied decisions. You'll leave knowing how your inner compass works, trusting it enough to move faster, and holding a 90-day plan toward your warmest next step. Join the waitlist below to be notified when sales start.

Facilitation is for teams and communities ready to get aligned and move together. Workshops and speaking engagements start at $750; half-day retreats start at $1,500; full-day retreats start at $3,000. Every engagement is scoped with a proposal.
Consulting is for organizations ready to redesign how power flows through their structure. Engagements typically range $2,500–$10,000 depending on scope.
Retreats and facilitations will almost always include 1-1 coaching work in the scope and proposal unless otherwise specified. This is to ensure we are aligned in your expectations and my ability to create experiences that can meet them.
