My work is primarily 1-1. I am able to deeply listen, call back the things you say are important, the values you hold, and the dreams you are nurturing behind closed doors. Through the work of helping you remember who you are and aligning your values to your actions - our impact ripples outward.
I do this two ways: deep 1-1 partnership, where we go slow and go deep, and group experiences like coaching cohorts and retreats. In both cases, the work is about remembering who you are underneath the roles, the striving, the noise, and finding your way back to joy, play, and your own instincts along the way.
I am not accepting any more 1-1 clients for 2026, but let’s chat about my Wayfinder program or working together in 2027!
This is for people who are ready to commit to a 6 month partnership. Together we build a brave space of reflection, experimentation, and integration. We speak your vision for the future aloud, interrogate how your actions are in or out of alignment, and experiment in big and little ways to bring your future to life.
We meet twice a month, you get homework, and the ability to do some voice note check ins as needed.
Investment starts at $1,200 for the 6-month period. Payment plans are available.
1-1 COACHING AND MENTORSHIP
GROUP COACHING + FACILITATION
Beyond 1-1 work, I do group coaching and facilitation work. This type of work is for people who a) thrive in a group setting filled with connection or b) have a group that needs a curated space for renewal, transformation, and alignment.
Upcoming group coaching programs
On December 28th, the Wayfinder program will start. Registration begins in late October. This is for you if you feel you’re ready to explore what’s next, step into your full power, and use it to create a more just and equitable future.
Investment starts at $1,500 for the entire program as a founding member of our first cohort.
Facilitation work
Facilitation is the art and science of engaging participants in creating, discovering, and applying insights. This is great if you need a retreat for your team, a strategic visioning session, or a host to guide your conversation.
Facilitation engagements start at $750 for a 90-minute event; half-day retreats start at $1,500; full-day retreats start at $3,000. Every engagement is scoped with a proposal based on your specific needs.
