The work lives at three levels: the individual, the team, and the system. Right now, most people start with me at the individual level — that's where I do my deepest work, and it's the best place to get to know how I coach before anything bigger. When your vision needs a team aligned or a structure redesigned, I'm already the person who knows your full picture. Same work, different altitude.

Facilitation and Consulting
Matching systems and structures to the vision and values.
Facilitation is for teams and communities ready to get aligned and move together. Workshops and speaking engagements start at $750; half-day retreats start at $1,500; full-day retreats start at $3,000. Every engagement is scoped with a proposal.
Consulting is for organizations ready to redesign how power flows through their structure. Engagements typically range $2,500–$10,000 depending on scope.
