Most of my clients aren’t stuck because they lack ideas. They’re stuck because they’re too close to see the patterns. Too busy to slow down long enough to name what’s in the way.

I slow things down in a useful way (because even I know slowing down isn’t always fun). We figure out what’s true, what matters most, and what needs to change — and then we build from there.

I’ve spent a decade building and redesigning the kinds of processes most people treat as fixed — how organizations hire, how they allocate resources, how they engage the communities they serve. I know how to spot when a process is filtering for the loudest voice instead of the right one. When a strategy has been decided but no one knows how to live it.
