I slow things down in a useful way (because even I know slowing down isn’t always fun!). We figure out what’s true, what matters most, and what needs to change, and then we build from there.

I know how to spot when a process is filtering for the loudest voice instead of the right one. When a strategy has been decided but no one knows how to live it. The culture inside your organization should match the vision you’re inviting people to believe in.
I bring that lens to everything. We’re not just working on your next step, we’re working on whether the conditions around you are set up to support it.
